U2CALL is a reseller of calling cards. As a reseller, U2CALL is not responsible and not authorised for trouble shooting your cards. Therefore, if you (the customer) encounter any problems with a calling card, you need to contact the customer services of that particular calling card. We provide calling cards from numerous companies and we forward complete customer care information for each calling card when the order is delivered. Once a purchase has been made, the cards are non-refundable and expire 30 days from the date of first use (some cards may have expiry of 60 and 90 days). No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or any unauthorised use. These are standard procedures of any calling card service provider. We guarantee that all calling cards are valid upon delivery via email. We do, however, take feedback from customers in order to improve services.
