Additional terms for specific cards purchased are incorporated into the contract. Where any additional terms apply these are shown on the pages describing the individual card.

Order Processing
Orders may be placed on-line only.
We reserve the right for any reason to refuse or amend any orders placed by whatever means.
You agree to provide the company with a valid, verified billing information.
You agree to provide the company with a valid, active e-mail address for electronic delivery of calling cards.
Any confirmation of receipt of your order sent by the company does not guarantee acceptance of your order nor does it constitute an offer to sell.
Electronic delivery is deemed to be complete when our order processing system has sent it. The customer is responsible for the subsequent transmission and receipt of the products purchased. Electronic delivery is normally made within 1 day if you are a first time customer and immediate if you have previously placed orders with us.
Payment terms
Payment may be made by:
Credit or debit cards as stated on the payment pages, in UK Sterling, Euros or US dollars. When making payment using a credit or debit card the customer must provide exactly matching address and other required data to match those held by the card issuing bank.
The company may vary a limit on the total value of products and services purchased by a customer at the company's discretion, without giving notice and for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend any customer account at any time without notice.
Access Numbers
Access numbers are shown on the card detail pages. Additional charges may be applicable from some phone services to some access numbers (e.g. from a hotel or pay phone). Where known the company will show additional charges on the card detail pages. The customer should check with their phone service provider to confirm the existence and amount of any additional charges when using phone cards.
Reliability and Faulty Phonecards
The company is a re-seller for calling card suppliers. Any problems with a card or a PIN number should be referred to the Customer Service Department for the specific card.
If the relevant Customer Service Department is unable to help resolve your problem, you may contact us using our enquiry form giving all relevant details about the card and the problem.
If a card or PIN is found to be faulty the company may at its discretion replace the card/PIN or refund any unused amount remaining.
No refunds can be made for cards lost, damaged, stolen, expired or used without the consent of the customer.
Any guarantees or warranties offered within these terms are not transferable.
Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of defective products. The company accepts no liability for loss or injury, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from the use of this site or any products purchased from it.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to ensure that the information available on our website at any one time is accurate. However, some of this information may be out of date. As an example, the calling rates for using phone cards may be varied by the relevant Service Providers at their discretion and at anytime. We therefore, cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information we provide, however, we shall monitor information on an ongoing basis and update it on the website accordingly. We do not represent or warrant that the Services provided suppliers will be uninterrupted or error-free and that defects will be corrected. Whilst we do spend time exercising due-diligence in selecting our service providers, we are not responsible for any loses/damages cause by errors of service providers.
Most service providers of phone cards reserve the right to change their rates without prior notice. We reserve the right, without warning to update our rate tables, within a few days of being given official notification about these changes. We suggest that if you want the exact latest rates, then you should check these with the customer services number that is specific for the card(s) in question, before placing your order.
We do not accept liability for any errors or/and omissions, and reserve the right to change specifications, information and descriptions of listed products.
In some countries certain phone numbers may carry additional charges. For example mobile phone numbers, national rate number, premium numbers and miscellaneous other numbers. If in doubt, contact us before purchase.
Rates may be rounded to the nearest penny or cent depending upon currency.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Applicable Law
These terms and the performance of all obligations hereunder shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
